Shayne K. Schnell, NREMT-P
A multi state and nationally licensed paramedic for 16 years and has worked in Emergency Medical
Services for 19 years total. Currently he is a Fire and EMS Training Officer.
Shayne hails from Ohio and completed his undergraduate degree in Emergency Medical Services in
Dayton, Ohio at the Sinclair Community College. After earning his EMS degree he continued his
education in Respiratory Therapy and currently in Nursing. Shayne is an ASHI Advanced Level Instructor
and an IFSAC Fire Instructor and a Paramedic Instructor.
Shayne is married to his wife Maryann and they have two daughters ages 17 and 11 and a son age 9.
He enjoys coaching and playing hockey and spending time with his family doing pretty much anything.
He plans to continue his education.
